When you send a project brief or request your Presence Audit plan, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, website, the services you are interested in, your goals and your audit answers. We do not sell this information.
We use your information only to respond to you, prepare proposals and roadmaps, and send the emails you asked for, such as a confirmation of your brief or your audit plan.
The audit runs in your browser. Your answers are not stored by us unless you choose to email your plan or send it to us as a brief.
We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to our team. We keep them as long as needed to serve you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
